He became famous with hit film 'Titanic' (1997) for which he won two 'Oscar' awards!

Leonardo DiCaprio & Kate Winslet..romantic in film 'Titanic' (1997)

Before that James Horner scored for other Hollywood blockbusters like.. 'Braveheart' (1995). 

Then in his music.. 'Avatar' (2009) & offbeat 'A Beautiful Mind' (2001) were notable!

While homage him remembering beautiful song he composed for 'Titanic'..

Great way of renowned Iranian filmmaker..Abbas Kiarostami!

Today is 80th Birth Anniversary of renowned Iranian poetic filmmaker.. Abbas Kiarostami!

He was one of the pioneering filmmakers of.. Iranian New Wave Cinema. His subjects mostly dealt with philosophical issues and carried poetic communication! 

The genre Kiarostami used was mixture of fiction & documentary. His cinematic treatment showed simplicity & complexity!

He got critical acclaim with his 'Koker Trilogy' - (1987–94) and films like 'Close-Up' (1990) & - 'Taste of Cherry' (1997). 

He directed films outside of Iran also. In this includes.. French & Italian art film.. 'Certified Copy' (2010) and French/Japanese romantic.. 'Like Someone in love' (2012).

"Ode to Liberty" became revolutionary! In an adverse political situation he wrote his famous drama ''Boris - Godunov'! Then his novel 'Eugene Onegin' was serially published between 1825 & 1832.

Pushkin was well known.. author of romantic era and founder of modern Russian literature!

It's romantic that he married to lover Anna Petrovna Kern..for whom he wrote most of his love poems!

His poems were translated in our.. Indian Hindi language!

Great filmmaker Mehboob Khan and his adopted son Sajid!

Master Sajid in Mehboobji's great film 'Mother India' (1957).

Shakeel Badayuni wrote this and in the music of Naushad.. sung by Shanti Mathur and others! On screen Master Sajid idealistically performed it in.. 'Son of India' (1962).

Our Indian Cinema's great.. Mehboob Khan adopted a boy who born in poverty of Bomaby slums..That is Master Sajid! 
He first appeard in 'Mehboob - Productions' great film 'Mother India' (1957). That was child role of Birju the rebelious character played by Sunil Dutt in it!

After two films of Mehboobji.. his adopted son Sajid Khan.. became "teen idol" in North - America & Philippins. Then he worked in international projects in such regions. In this includes 'Maya' (1966) the coming of age film made by John Berry. Then 'Heat and Dust' (1983) a film by 'Merchant-Ivory Productions'!

He worked in few bollywood films & TV programmes also!

Now he is almost 70!!
