PLACE OF CINEMA'S ARRIVAL IN INDIA!

It's 'Watson Hotel', Bombay where Lumiere Brothers of France..screened their pioneering six short films on 7th July, 1896..And that way Cinema came in our India!

I took this picture there..on 7th July, 1996 during the 'Celebration.. 
of '100 Years of Cinema' in which I participated!

Just saw inauguration of 'National Museum of Indian Cinema' in Mumbai and remembered this!
