MICHELLE YEOH..FIRST ASIAN WOMAN TO WIN 'OSCAR'S BEST ACTRESS!

American sci-fi comedy made by Daniels 'Everything Everywhere All at Once' won 7 awards including 'Best Picture' & for artists at '95th Oscars'! In these, Malaysian actress Michelle Yeoh became the first Asian woman to win an 'Oscar' of 'Best Actress' for her multifaceted performance!

In 1990s, Michelle Yeoh gained recognition while acting in series of Hong Kong action films where she did her own stunts! After moving to US, she achieved fame with.. starring in James Bond film 'Tomorrow - Never Dies' (1997) & in Taiwanese master Ang Lee's martial arts movie 'Crouching - Tiger, Hidden Dragaon' (2000), which won 'Oscar's 'Best Foreign Language Film'! Then she won many awards including best actress by various film critics associations during last two decades!

I met Michelle Yeoh in our 'International Film Festival of India' ('IFFI') held at Goa in 2013. She was there as chief guest with her produced documentary 'Pad Yatra'!
