American model, actress & singer Marilyn Monroe was a beauty sensation of cinema during 1950s & 1960s! Her early screen appearances in 'The Asphalt Jungle' & 'All About Eve' (1950) drew attention! By 1953 she had leading role in 'Niagara' a melodramatic film noir! Her 'dumb blonde' persona was used to comic effect in subsequent films..such as 'How to Marry a Millionaire' (1953) and 'The Seven Year Itch' (1955) in which her "trademark scene" was there!

Her production company 'Marilyn Monroe Productions' released 'The Prince and the Showgirl' (1957). She won 'Golden Globe's Best Actress Award' for her performance in 'Some Like It Hot' (1959) which was also nominated for 'Oscar'! Her last film was 'The Misfits' (1961).
