Pretty Bengali actress Aparna (Dasgupta) Sen playing role of

Mrinmoyee in 'Samapti' portion of Ray's 'Teen Kanya' (1961).

Notable that Aparna (Dasgupta) appeared on screen in 'Samapti' ..portion of Ray's episodic film 'Teen Kanya' (1961) which was based on short story by great Rabindranath Tagore!

I still remember her tomboyish teenager Mrinmoyee in it!

I also praised her about that role during our conversation in film festivals!

It's nice to see them here on Manikda's birth centenary year!


And film 'Teen Kanya' is also in its 60th anniversary!
