Screenplay of this film was written by Godard & he filmed it on the locations of Paris. He tasked cinematographer Raoul Coutard to shoot on hand-held camera with no lighting! Godard's favourite actor Jean-Paul Belmondo appeared in it with beautiful Jean Seberg!

This film won French cinema's 'Prix Jean Vigo' award and 'Silver Bear' at 'Berlin International Film Festival'!
